Hi

Is it possible to set up recurring monthly deposits but without using card payment?

Thatā€™s possible, @MercianRaider - you can find all of the details on how to set up the feature in this topic from our Community.

To sum it up, there are two main steps:

  1. If you are creating a new Pie, just select ā€˜Free fundsā€™ as the payment method during the funding setup. If you already have a Pie, you can change its payment method from the AutoInvest tab. This way, the Pie will start using your unused account cash as per the deposit schedule youā€™ve previously set.

  2. Once you set up the Pie to use your free funds, schedule a recurring bank transfer (standing order) using your online banking app. The execution date should be 2 to 3 days before your Pieā€™s investment date, so thereā€™s enough time for your money to arrive before the next AutoInvest.

Hi im looking to setup a monthly bank transfer to deposit funds into my T212 account so my pie can take money out of my free funds. Where do i find the account number and sort code to give to my bank. All i can see is a invest account id and isa id. Thanks in advance :slight_smile:

To find our bank details, visit the ā€˜Deposit fundsā€™ tab and select bank transfer as the payment method. Once you get through the prompts and enter your account number, youā€™ll be able to see our bank details and switch between other currencies to find the specific details for each of our accounts :raised_hands:

Thankyou. I presume by adding the unique code as a paye reference it means it tells you the funds go to my T212 account?

Yes, adding your Account ID in the paymentā€™s reference field ensures we can allocate each deposit as soon as we receive the funds :slight_smile:
