AutoInvest - Feedback

Itā€™s fixed now, @Mav0095 .

You should be able to deposit funds to your pie now and buy more shares without receiving the message.

Think this is probably expected behaviour, but thought Iā€™d check: I starting using autoinvest (Ā£5 a day into various US and EU stocks) and I donā€™t seem to have any orders pending. Looks like itā€™s gone into the pieā€™s cash despite a message saying the new funds would be auto invested according to the pieā€™s targets. I imagine this is caused by the Ā£5 being lower than the minimum (usually Ā£6-odd for my pie) but I could be wrong.

Thank you very much!

Yes, Ā£5 might be insufficient to fund your pie. Once there is enough money in your pie it will be invested.

my pie requires Ā£10 to fund it before it then allocates the deposit+the remaining cash in pie. so it pays to know how much your pie will require as a minimum. my daily deposit is thus Ā£11.

Canā€™t invest. Whenever I try and click ā€œinvest/withdraw fundsā€ and then add money and confirm buy it just says ā€œNo connection with the server.ā€

Weā€™ve resolved it @twilliams,

Youā€™ll be able to invest and withdraw funds from your pie now.

Hey @George and @L.D

Since we are starting July (using this as excuse haha) already, it will be very nice if any of you can take some minutes to update AutoInvest BETA - Known issues / Fixes with the current status of Pies / AutoInvest, what may come next soon, what the team is pondering to change after some feedbacksā€¦ etc etc

Cheers! :upside_down_face:

I only have one single stock in my pie.

Iā€™m getting different results depending how I look at the stock.

When I look at the pie tab Iā€™m down ā‚¬14

When I look at the stock tab Iā€™m only down ā‚¬1.56

Any idea whatā€™s causing this? Iā€™m probably missing something obvious.

Im getting the discrepancy between investments and pies also. I think itā€™s because the pie might not be updating as frequently as the investment tab. But thatā€™s just me guessing.

Happens on Desktop too.

Itā€™s a known issue related with Stamp Duty

Reposting this as I think I uploaded it to the wrong thread before (Nube).
Not sure if this has already been covered, but I just turned autoinvest on for an already established pie and I was forced to credit a minimum of Ā£1 into the cash account. Surely it would make sense to be able to set this to zero for a pie that is already funded and then just allow the user to set the auto invest schedule and amount to start from a set date, maybe?

Done :slightly_smiling_face:

I agree that allowing an initial deposit of 0 would be beneficial for some users. However, some payment providers do not allow validating the payment method without actually charging the user. Itā€™s not technically impossible to work around this. Itā€™s just not worth the effort compared to other AutoInvest features.

Itā€™s a nifty feature, not in a position to up the contribution to the specific pie at the mo, but I would like to invest in it as frequently as possible. Think Iā€™ll leave as is, so it builds up and is executed every other day when minimums allow.

The Android appā€™s hanging for me after a few seconds on the holdings tab of a pie. It first crashed when trying to edit the pie to add one of the new fractionals. I can edit other pies fine and the rest of the app appears to be working OK. After a crash or two, I get a system message saying ā€˜T212 keeps stoppingā€™ and inviting me sent to send a bug report, which Iā€™ve done. Hopefully, itā€™ll resolve itself when market opens.

Update: Problem solved after updating to version 5.5.3 this morning.

The is currently no way to add a EUR hedged global bond aggregate in the AutoInvest feature. The only similar ETF - EUNA - is non-fractional, so that, I think, is a big case to add VAGE and VAGF to Trading212

I know this is a bug with stamp dutyā€¦ But which figure is correct?

Iā€™m only invested in one stock.
