Well in your screenshot it shows Pie which has 2717e invested in, but portfolio has 4152e, so return cannot be equal for whole portfolio and pie unless you luckily have 0.00e return on the remaining 1435e invested outside of the showed pie.
I didnāt touch anything and now my pie investment magically increased.
edit: actually my pie is still ~ā¬2,000. Outside the pie it says ~ā¬4,000
As far as I know, I bought all these shares inside the pie. Are half of the shares outside the pie?
In this last picture you are looking at the total investment for that stock, in the previous picture you were looking at only pie investment which has a bunch less invested into it.
Investment will show both the pie and the shares you own outside the pie, pie will show only what is inside the pie.
Edit for your edit: Looks that way, click into it on investment and it should show you how much is pie and how much is not pie

Best thing to do is just sell the ones outside the pie, and reinvest the proceeds into the pie?

I have been searching but could not see an answer. If I have 5 stocks in my investments and want to move them to a pie in ISA how do I workout the % to add back my 5 stocks?
I know I have to sell and buy back in the ISA but need to know how to add whole stocks. Or do I have to wait? When is the beta process completing?

Moving current positions into a pie will be added later on. Waiting for that too. Probably before August when it will be released.

My math isnāt bad but my understanding of autoinvest surely is. Can anyone explain why the below doesnāt add up? 
As in, shouldnāt it be either reinvested or sitting in cash?
You have turned the Auto reinvest dividends option off. When the option is off dividend income gets paid out as free funds in your account (outside the pie).

I have cash available in two of my pies, but for whatever reason, the app wonāt invest the cash. All shares are set with nothing invested in them whilst the cash is just sitting there in the pies.
Iāve tried clicking invest It says I need to add more cash which doesnāt make sense as the cash is there sitting in the pies and If I click rebalance it just says pies are balanced even though all shares are sat at Ā£0 and 0%.
If itās sitting in free funds in your pie you can either deposit more and it will use the deposit + the free cash, or you can withdraw from pie into the main account and try depositing it into the pie again. Not a fix but a workable workaround

I was trying to round up my investment from xxxxxx.94 to xxxxxx.00 using 100.06 manual investment via custom distribution.
On first āpurchaseā transaction went āDoneā immediately, however funds were left in cash, within pie.
So I attempted 2nd ,3rd try, there was no done status, or purchasing just straight away funds were in cash portion of pie.
I did custom distribution 10 stocks each 10%.
Once I tried 100$ worked fine.
Let me know if more details are needed.
