Is there an app that will give a callender of dates of divended dates for the year to make things easy to look into potential stocks and record the important dates regarding divedend payments.

There are lots of websites, some with iOS/Android apps.
Personally I use: https://www.dividendmax.com/
I use Stock Events and DivTracker on iOS. Former is subscription (something like £30 a year maybe?) and gives a nice calendar of events (not just dividends) which you can also subscribe to from your calendar app of choice. It also gives a basic model of future income if you give average expected dividend and share price growth along with annual investment.
DivTracker is free but, unless I’m holding it wrong, doesn’t give dates for the dividends just an estimate of annual income.
