I set up a pie recently and invested the minimum amount to see how it works. The orders for two of the stocks failed and the money for the orders disappeared, it didn’t end up in the pies cash or my account free funds. I’ve tried contacting trading212 directly but they reply with things like “we can assure that all your funds are present in the account and none are missing” but are unable to tell me where I can see the funds. It seems like they reply very slowly with nonsense in the hope that I give up and leave them alone. Has anyone else had similar issues?
