Why is the credit dividend late /delayed?

The pay date for the dividends on the instrument that we have listed on our platform (OGZD - an ADR on LSE) is 18th of August.

The 15/7 is ex dividend day, 18/8 is payday and then there can be a slight delay from the broker
No need to worry about dividends. I’ve always got mine and it was always with delay. The longest was over a week…
I had it paid out today.
