Instant bank transfer failing - ✅ Solved

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue, I’ve had a quick read through similar posts but I still can’t figure out what the issue is.

I bank with Lloyds, which should work fine but every time I try and transfer I get a deposit cancelled and an authorisation failure.

I’ve tried on desktop also but it just hangs at the point where I’d get the authorisation failure on mobile.

Not the end of the world but it is frustrating. Any thoughts?

Also is there any way of me finding out if this is an issue with Lloyds, T212 or Truelayer?

@George not sure if you can help with this, or advise how this might be able to be resolved? I’ve spent an hour on the phone with Lloyds and it couldn’t be sorted.
