Still waiting on KLAC from 2nd March. Last few times I got it within 2 days of the pay date, strange its taking so long this time

Also waiting for this one. Didnā€™t even realise it was due.

Defenitily we need some investment improving services

Well CTY was paid this afternoon so that was on the 11th day! But no PHP which was paid the same day.

Then slightly later I received IGG but that was actually paid on the 25th, one day earlier than CTY, UKW and TSCO so it would seem T212ā€™s dividend payment system is just a mess and they donā€™t process dividends in historical order. Both TSCO and UKW were paid on Feb 26th and received from T212 on March 8th.

I hadnā€™t been paying that much attention to what I was expecting as it would arrive sooner or later but given these arbitrary dates that arenā€™t even in order it would seem a dividend audit may be my task for the weekend.

Hi PHP has arrived ! however, I got a payment of 1.24p/share but Dividends | Primary Health Properties PLC (LSE: PHP) suggests it should have been 1.55p. Have i got something wrong? or have T212 not paid the correct amount? @David

PHP is a REIT so 20% is deducted so they paid the correct amount.
Just had CSH paid too which is also a REIT with the same deduction so looks like theyā€™re doing some late Friday dividend payments catching up.

I received 1.55p per share - are you using invest or ISA? Maybe this makes a difference.

My holding is in the Invest account but my partner has the same in an ISA and she got 1.55p.

Iā€™ve just been reading that PIDs are paid after deducting withholding tax at basic rate income tax, currently 20%. So it looks correct and ive learnt something new today! I need to get my reits inside an ISA!

UK REITS inside an ISA is possibly the single best tax break you can find in the stock market.

It would be good if Trading212 had a list of dividends, and when they were paid. Iā€™m sure it would stop a lot of questions. Similarly if they could explain the delays - i.e it takes 2 days for IB to pay to 212, and then 3 days for 212 to split between the investors due the dividend.

It wouldnā€™t surprise me if its actually a delay caused by the stock being out on loan, but you would think it was all automated and paid within 2 working days of the actual pay date.

That is a little too much isnā€™t it? I bought on 4.1., ex-div date was 28.1.

Pfizer was paid this morning ā†’ 6 working days.

Also check this post, the future is looking bright:

FSFL was also paid today, 7th working day.

$MCD (McDonalds) is now over a day late. Based on recent previous experience with dividend payments I probably wonā€™t receive the dividend until next Monday. This really is disappointing - Trading212 need to reduce their wait times.

The last dividend of CVX went XD 16th February, with a pay date of the 10th March. Are you sure you have the right company/dates? Thats only 4 working days.

You need to be careful of which dates you are looking at. The simplest way I can think of explaining it is:

Ex Dividend Date - this is the first date where a security trades at a price that excludes the announced dividend.
Record Date - the date in which they look at the shareholders on record, to see who is due the dividend.
Pay Date - self explanatory.

Edit - link to Investor Relations on CVX website to confirm dividend Pay Date - https://www.chevron.com/investors/stock-information#dividendinformation

You misunderstand and make accusations when they are undeserved. Dividend was paid by the company on 10 March, so you have waited only 4 working days.

What is not acceptable is making accusations without proper understanding.
