We’re looking into it.
30 minutes ago 3 of my grubhub orders got stuck. When i clicked delete, and put in a fresh order the old orders went through. Then I put an order in on the LSE and that went through automatically after 10 mins or so
These seem to be isolated cases. Interactive Brokers replied with an execution response 10-30 minutes after we sent the initial request, they’re looking into as to why that happened.
