How is it a conflict of interest? T212 make money regardless of how well the client does (they profit on the trade not the outcome of the trade). T212 wants you to be able to trade - the service being unavailable means t212 doesnāt make any money!
I really wonder if people understand how markets and trading platforms work!

I was 7 k down before the crash! who knows what it will be now!
This is not just today, itās a regular event on a start of trading each day, third time this week
Having only been trading for about 4 months, Iāve lost count of the amount of money I have lost in not being able to trade.

eToro increased their minimum deposit size recently to account for the increase in traders. T212 should take notes.

Infrastructure autoscaling is common practice these days. Youāve hit the same issues time and time again even without this āunprecedented increaseā. Maybe time to look into replacing your engineering team.

I had a pending position that opened just before the system crashed. Iām receiving price alerts triggers but Iām not able to fund the account. I hope no positions are closed due to insufficent funds and people have time to fund the accounts if needed.
