This service has been horrendous for 2 days. Canât log in half the time, charts not in time so canât trust the price of the stock, put a buy order in on the market and not going straight through! Now itâs pending in my portfolio as tried to cancel it but it wonât so money is tied up! What are you doing

I think Iâm done with trading212. Will just move onto IBKR and pay fees there for a better service. What theyâre saying about IBKR having these issues is not true. Traded there the whole day and orders were instant. Sad but will have to move on.
Already lost enough money on a bad service.

Iâm interested in what T212 can do or has done to prevent the platform from being inaccessible when the peak movement happens with GME (be it a crash or surge) since the experiences today and yesterday @Team212 @Tony.V @Martin

I donât know what you are talking about. Interactive Brokers chairman: Worried about integrity of the market - YouTube You can see IBKR CEO talking about how they restricted buying certain shares. Definitenly move on from 212 but IBKR is just as bad if not worse.

I bought 700 LLIT shares @11.1771 the price went up i had a stop at 13usd. The price went down the stop didnât trigger, after that I tried to sell at marker price at loss my order was stuck. Now the market has closed and the price has fall to 8.8 i lost at least 1000 Euro profit and now im - 2000 euro or more at loss. Plus the price was halted for 20 mins for no reason. i will trade to get back my loss and move ro IBKR. I used to enjoy using this app and I donât really care about the GME AMC situation.

I really hope the service doesnât go down during the squeeze⌠Now that the âintermedierysâ have been stopped from stopping us from buying GME the only option is to have another platform fall overs.
Iâm not talking about restriction of buying GME AMC and so on. I couldnât care less about these stocks. I couldnât manage my other positions with trading212 because it wouldnât let us log in. At the same time I was in my IBKR platform and I was being able to trade.
Another day of no service.
This is now really getting annoying, every day either their is an issue with orders or logins issues.

@zizka yeah weâve had an influx of new traders this past week that donât realise this is intentional and required to prevent a negative balance.
Itâs basically come about from lack of experience and available funds, mixed with market buying pump and dumps.
