Stuck on Processing.. again

For everyone facing issues. please be aware that this is not exclusive to T212. Robinhood is also facing issues as are other platforms.

Same here. Stop loss triggers not working as well.

Not expecting to be a professional trader’s platform, but this is very concerning.

A lot of money can be on the line which ultimately can become more expensive than ‘free trading’. In periods of high volatility and volume will this continue to be this way?

Just implement a goddamn big red warning when you KNOW the service does not work as expected. You can send out notifications when there is an IPO. Then you can do the same for the service. So users can know if to send an order or not…

Is this platform a joke? Yesterday I was waiting 1 hour for executing order, today data can’t be loaded and nothing works… Total disaster!

This could have been a chance for so many of us to get something in a drop that lasted a short period of time, but instead we’re all here stuck with order pending for the past 10/15/30 minutes.

I keep getting smashed with these delays, even when 212 is working it’s way to slow

they’re back on ! hopefully this doesnt happen too often…

been facing this issue for the past 30 mins - losing money by the minute. Simply unacceptable

Order execution was delayed today as our intermediary Interactive Brokers had downtime, which completely hampered our ability to process trades.

They are currently working on improving redundancy so that this cannot happen again.
