Hopefully someone can help, is it possible to move free funds into my pie, itâs a small amount I received from a dividend so it doesnât meet the ÂŁ20 minimum deposit limit, but I donât want it just sitting there doing nothing
Thanks in advanced, sorry if this has already been answered
I am hoping this also comes in the future too and also the ability of moving funds from pie free funds back to our main free funds. Itâs slightly annoying that I get a few pence stuck in pie free funds, although completely understand why it happens. To be honest it isnât a big deal, so understand if the T212 team have much more important things to look at implementing.
Would be nice to be able to freely move these backwards and forwards to use as required⊠Iâm slightly OCD about these things
I too moved my Dividends paid from an Ex-Date Pie to free funds but I am unable to import from free cash to Piesâ Cash that I have moved the relevant slice to in order to allocate to DRIP.
Dividend reinvestment works only if a stock was held inside the pie on the ex-dividend date. The dividend will then be received inside the pie and will remain as pie cash (if the amount is less then your pieâs minimum investment amount) or it will be reinvested (DRIP) if the received dividend amount is equal or above your pie minimum investment.
At the moment, using Accountâs Free Funds is available only for Manual pie investing, and if the received dividends are below your pieâs minimum investment amount, the accountâs free funds will not be moved to your pie cash.
I was trying to make a trade in a pie, it said add funds in the pie transaction screen, which I did but then its dumped the new cash into to the main area. So I cant move it into the pie. really annoying.
Hey, so I was looking at the auto invest and the âidealâ seems to be youd buy your little bit every single day rather than say weekly or monthly semi annually etc.
But this would lead to a terribly messy bank account with a daily withdrawl.
Would it be possible to have it so we could add cash to our pie/our free funds with say a monthly direct debit (always good to have the Billâs and savings come out on payday heh)
And then set autoinvest to take the money from that pool within the account rather than having to be an individual bank withdrawal thatâs all invested in one day.
Ie I want to put 500 a month in and have it invested daily,
Thatâs either 30ish bank transactions or I could have 1 withdrawl of 500 and then 30(well less weekends/nontrading days) asset purchases in the app from the 500 free funds?
Maybe a notification if the funds are below the autoinvest target?
+1 Would also like to know this. Auto invest is a great feature compared to other platforms. Can we have an option to autoinvest uninvested money, that way we can fund our accounts periodically with direct debit from our banks.
