Are you sure this will create a market buy?!
if you enter a value lower than the current price in the stop input when buying.
Likewise and more importantly…
Are you sure this will create a market sell?!!!
if you enter a value higher than the current price in the stop input when setting a stop loss.
Or you know add some validation to make it impossible. This will help so many new traders not waste their money and those with fat fingers / haven’t had their morning coffee.
Another thing I just remembered.
Please allow us to set the space that is above and below on the charts. The default is too tight when following the action closely.

On Android (possibly iOS if someone checks) there’s an issue in dismissing Notifications in that you need to click on them one by one to dismiss. On the desktop simply opening the Notifications panel dismisses them all which is def preferable.
Something else, I would eliminate the restriction on difference in price on Limit Orders. Ocassionally I get a message saying that the limit price that I have set is too close to the actual price.
If I set it close it is just because I want to get it slightly cheaper 
.
So I would appreciate if the limitation could be removed.

Yep that drives me nuts too. 
Any reason why it’s coded that way at all, pushing people to use market orders? I don’t know 
, but yes I’d like to able to enter any limit I choose.

It has been mentioned in previous replies from the team that this restriction on the proximity of limit order prices will be removed. I have added it to the list as #22.
#22. Remove the minimum distance requirement between a limit order price and market price
#23. New notifications should be dismissed simply by opening the panel of phone app, rather than requiring a press on notification of them one by one. [This already happens on desktop]
#24. Implement a pop up warning that profit will be affected by exchange rate on the first occasion that a user starts to buy an instrument that is not priced in their base currency.

Is it possible to add the post above as #25, ideally prevent it from happening. Or warn it will be triggering a market buy/sell if entering below/above instead of above/below.
#26 as being able to control the chart spacing top and bottom.
#27 fix VWAP as in make it the actual volume weighted average price and not something that resembles a simple moving average (and make it appear on the app to choose from too, weridly its only available on the desktop version)
Something like this which clearly shows over bought and over sold. That way like at 16.10 you could see yep it’s clearly getting way over sold and about to return.
What it looks like is more like this (obv this is the simple moving average on app, but if you are on desktop VWAP it’s almost the same not like above)
Another suggestion could be to incorporate “Trailing stop losses” on an Invest/ISA account

I think we have been told that a new data and chart feed is imminent that will fix many issues. So perhaps we wait to see that. I’ve put a #26 as a general comment about improving charts.
My feeling about #25 is that there are lots of silly mistakes a new user can make. There is already a pretty full description in the app of how to set a stop or limit order. How it is something to consider so I’ve added it.

I don’t know if this is possible or not, but I would love to have the voting right that come from the share ownership.
Trailing Stop Losses on ISA would be my preferred new feature.

Apologies if I missed it above, but @Richard.W, if you’re still compiling these feature improvement suggestions in the post above, would you mind adding the following:
- If possible to do, all charts to be updated with full price history, not just the history since it went live on the platform.
