So I am not sure how you are cutting BS, because all I see is BS. Tesla 10T company, without any concrete facts, relevant data, anything. Just 10T.

Some feedback. If you are giving financial advice, donāt use a smashed up phone on your thumbnail lol. Maybe borrow a prop from somebody.
I know everybody smashes at least one phone in their lifetime, but what if somebody says jeez this guy canāt even afford to buy a new phoneā¦ why should I follow his advice.

yeah thatās my old phone a use my new phone to record the video and take the thumbnail picture, Iāll get my girlfriend to take the picture if I wanna put a phone in it next time thanks, didnāt really see it as a big deal (didnāt even thinking it was noticeable )
Can you really get in trouble for making some youtube videos or recommending a stock on a forum? Iāve noticed even people on this forum saying ābtw this is not financial advice!!!ā
Unlikely, but someone can definitely try take you to court for giving them financial advice without being registered as a financial advisor. Not sure what would happen though but better safe than sorry. But on the forum Iām sure youāre fine, it is literally just an forum for discussion so obviously you shouldnāt take it seriously, but I guess YouTube is a little different

Like @CavanHaganInvesting said someone can sue you for their losses because they thought you were a financial adviser, it is unlikely theyāll win anything because of a āforumā or āyoutubeā post.
BUT
it is also a criminal offence to portray yourself as a financial adviser if you are not one, so youāll get a fine, permanent mark on your criminal record and if the judge really feels like kicking you again, a prison sentence.
again unlikely, but very possible. better to be safe than sorry
