Sorry, did not fully understood it was about Fractional shares only.
After a dividend payment it was corrected. Looks like a little hiccup
How about the iPad app
@Saud - just a simple search on the forum, from 2 days ago.
I’ve noticed the 1 year chart % gain is missing in a few stocks. Here for example:
1D, 1W etc. works, fine. Just 1Y is broken.
I raised this with screenshots earlier in this thread how a lot of my charts were showing N/A and it was happening randomly on different charts, if you refresh it changes etc. seems to be still an issue.
here is direct link: New Web App for Invest & ISA
edit: looking again your example should be N/A since if you look closely the chart does not go back one year. (T212 added it less than a year ago even if it was trading before then)
edit: this brings up a point I guess…will T212 ever fix these missing time histories for different stocks? so many stocks on the system have incomplete history charts and it looks like it will just stay like that?
We’re looking into it. I’ll post an update once we fix it.
happens to me a lot always on the webapp
It’s very annoying how the whole terminal is darkened and locked down when you want to enter a price. Every other platform I’ve used lets you move / edit the charts as you’re creating an order. T212 basically shuts down the entire platform except for the little price box. Can’t do anything else.
Please don’t do this on the new web app.
Yeh, way too many. Actually I was referring to the reply box. I just wanted to reply with “+1” meaning, I want the same. But you can’t post a reply of less than 20 characters (chars).
It might seem trivial, but I find myself trying to do it a lot so I’ve obviously got used to it on the classic UI.
In the beta app you can’t “grab” the title of any of the modal dialogs and drag them around like you can in the existing app, they are just fixed center screen.
Don’t know if I am the only one, but I see this frequently last week. Seems like the color is wrong:
Price is higher than yesterday and shown in red?
i see this too, but a quick refresh of the page does the trick. although i agree, that is not ideal behaviour.
I had this on some and wasn’t it you who said change the day to 1W or further back and will show green, or is this something different?
I had it on a stock not long ago and someone posted saying because I was using pound and the stock was Euro the currency was causing the issue, so are you using pounds as your currency?
If I’m wrong on all counts forgive me I’m just trying to help
Yes. If you switch to 1W it shows if it is up or down for the last week.
looks like the issue I reported back in February, workaround to these visual bugs is just to refresh
Seen some buggy charts even on mobile. Don’t think it’s just the new beta.
Not sure how to refresh the mobile screen. Other than quitting the app entirely?
Don’t know if this has been asked before or not (can not find it), but in the classic app you can see the history of the position and how many shares you had at a certain time for that position (handy if you want to check how many shares are counted for the dividend). I see the button for the complete history but without number of shares. Can this be added?
If you scroll down all the way to the bottom, there is a history button. You can find the dividends and buy/sell orders overthere.
